There is an initial set up cost to download, scrub and
integrate dealer's database with DAT's software system. DAT has been successful
in importing data from most dealer DMS systems. All that is required is that
Dealer has preferably 4 years of usable F&I data. |
This process takes approximately 14 days to complete from the
time DAT receives raw data from Dealer's DMS. |
Initial Remarketing Campaign: To include Downloading, Scrubbing
and Integrating data into DAT software system plus Querying, Identifying, CASS
Certifying and making the initial contact to Dealer's most qualified resale
candidates via personalized letter or 6 x 17 bi-fold. DAT will guarantee the
cost recovery of total dollars spent on first remarketing campaign verses total
gross profit generated from sales related to campaign. DAT will refund the
difference figure or generate an additional remarketing campaign at no charge
to dealer.
DAT will provide Dealer personnel with detailed lead
worksheet on every lead that qualifies under dealer's selected criteria.
This is a highly targeted remarketing campaign. Every prospect
receiving mail correspondence has purchased from your dealership in the past,
is now in an equity position to repurchase a new vehicle and is receiving
positive correspondence listing their options and opportunities to do so.
Note: DAT will have to gather some additional information from your
dealership before quoting a specific price because every DMS system is
different. Dealers that have bought in to this process 100% have sold as many
as 113 units and generated over $200,000 in gross profit in a 30-day period
remarketing to their best resale candidates for a cost of under
$6500. |
